Whether for business or pleasure, it is ideally located in a quiet residential street which forms part of the central Conservation Area. Centrally located. As we are in the heart of Cheltenham, it is easy to walk to most places in the town. Light Bar Snacks. As there is a wide choice of proper restaurants, pubs, cafe, tearooms and take-aways within easy walking distance of the hotel, we do not pretend to be nor wish to be treated as a restaurant. However, we do understand that some people travelling by themselves may prefer not to eat out alone, and for these people only, we offer light snacks, such as soup, filled baked potatoes and sandwiches. There is a licensed honesty bar for residents only.

All rates are per room per night, and include breakfast and VAT.

Hilden Lodge is a small family run establishment just over a mile from Cheltenham Spa
and on the edge of the Cotswolds in an area called Charlton Kings.

Cheltenham Spa, England's most complete Regency town is conveniently less than a hundred miles from London and an ideal base for touring into the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon and Bath. Most of the town centre lies within a conservation area of outstanding national importance.

The Regency Lodge has been fully renovated in early 2007 and offers comfortable guest accommodation with residents parking.

All rooms have been recently renovated to a high standard. Hilden Lodge have single, double, twins and a triple family room. All feature ensuite facilities, flat screen TV and DVD player and tea and coffee making facilities.

Hilden Lodge are fully licensed and have a small bar area and separate restaurant/meeting room that can accommodate 20 people in boardroom style seating and 32 theatre style, this is available to hire from 9.30am - 5.30pm daily for a variety of business functions.

Hilden Lodge is a no smoking establishment.

Briarfields Motel is open all year and has 20 bedrooms. The bedrooms are en-suite, with TV, fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.

Briarfields Motel has single bedrooms (£33 a night), double and twin bedded rooms (£39 per room per night). Also we have two family rooms. One of the family rooms has 4 single beds in (£44 per night per room) and the other family room contains one double bed and one single bed. (£42 per room per night). Prices are for room only.

We provide accommodation that is clean and of a good standard at a reasonable price. A kettle, fridge and microwave are in each room. Glasses, teacups and tea spoons are provided (please bring other crockery and cutlery if you require them). Towels are provided.

The rooms are available from 12.00 noon until 10.00am on the morning of your departure. Rooms keys must be collected before 6.00pm on the day of your arrival. The rooms are cleaned daily during the week.

We have a car park adjacent to the Motel. Some of our rooms are on the ground floor.

California Farm Bed and Breakfast

California Farm is situated in the beautiful North West Cotswolds and is surrounded by absolutely stunning countryside. Our family run farmhouse Bed & Breakfast accommodation is located one mile from the historic village of Charlton Kings. Our traditional limestone built farmhouse commands stunning, panoramic views over the beautiful Cotswold countryside as far as the eye can see and offers complete privacy and a distinct sense of “getting away from it all”. We are fortunate to be completely secluded, yet within easy reach of all amenities and activities.

Fully renovated to an exceptionally high standard, the farmhouse has a real feeling of a family home. In restoring this once dilapidated house, we have been able to retain many original features (beams, stone walls and fireplaces), with modern decoration and furnishings in the traditional farmhouse style.

A lovely welcoming hallway leads through to a large guest lounge with deep comfortable sofas and a magnificent fireplace. The dining area is elegant without being austere and overlooks the garden and surrounding countryside. We have four bedrooms, two double and two twin rooms and three (both doubles and a twin) are with full, ensuite bathroom. The rooms are all attractive - each with their own individual style and are simply but comfortably furnished.

The is a large, lawned garden with beautiful trees and shrubs, outside dining area and a pond. To the rear of the property are our stables. The long private drive leads to an ample parking area at the front of the property.

Parkview Guest House

Parkview is a fine Regency house which stands in Cheltenham's nicest area. It was built in the early part of the last century and still has most of the internal features from that period. While it is only five minutes walk from the centre of Cheltenham, the house lies within Pittville Park with its' boating lake, many specimen trees and Regency Pump Room thus providing a peaceful place to stay.

Cheltenham is the most complete Regency town in England and has a wonderful variety of quality shops. It is also the venue festivals of music, literature and horse racing while the two theatres provide a stage for players from around the country.

The Pittville Pump Room, Chelteham's finest Regency building, is situated in Pittville Park and enjoys superb views of the town and the surrounding Cotswold hills. Inside is the spring from which flows Cheltenham's Spa waters which are guaranteed to cure all maladies from baldness to gout. Also within is the Gallery of Fashion which makes use of costumed figures to depict the social history of Cheltenham Spa from the 1760s to the 1960s. This is within two minutes walk of Parkview Guest House.

Cheltenham is known as the "Centre for the Cotswolds" because, in the surrounding hills, stand the many timeless villages for which the area is world famous. Stow-on-the-Wold and Bourton-on-the-Water are, perhaps, the best known of these but a map and a willingness to explore will lead to the discovery of many hidden hamlets. Most have an ancient church and village "pub" where a "pint and a ploughmans lunch" will reward a days wandering. Guided tours can be arranged from this Guest House.

Nearby lies Prestbury, the most 'haunted village' in England and a conversation in one of the village 'pubs' may well include stories of 'strange goings-on'.

Winchcombe has the castle of Royal Sudely which is steeped in history and Royal connections while Gloucester boasts that its Cathedral is, perhaps, the finest in England.

Stratford-on-Avon is about one hour away while the Cathedral town of Worcester and Malvern, where the composer Elgar composed much of his music, is the same distance off.

White Lodge is located less than 2 miles west of Cheltenham town centre on the A40 and within 1 mile of junction 11 of the M5. It is about a hundred years old and retains some of its original features.

A warm welcome awaits visitors by resident owners Pam and Dick Gay and they are invited to enjoy the lovely gardens. There's ample private parking, but if visitors prefer not to use their cars to drive into Cheltenham there's a Park and Ride service close by.

All rooms are comfortably furnished, some are en-suite, all have colour TV/DVD combis, refridgerators, hairdryers, clock radio alarms and a complimentary beverage tray. In the dining room is a microwave which guests are welcome to make use of at any time. Cutlery and crockery is provided in the room.

Seven Springs Cottages have been carefully reconstructed around what was once a stable yard, to artfully evoke the traditional Cotswolds style. These six cottages stand within their own pretty, wooded gardens and are bordered by open fields. Nearby there are many good country pubs and restaurants, the closest just 100 yards away.

A rural idyll, yet only 10 minutes from the M5, the cottages provide an excellent base for couples and families wishing to explore the Cotswolds. They are comfortably furnished, carpeted and heated. Each has a modern kitchen, electric and microwave cookers, refrigerator and cooking equipment for complete self-catering. There is also a TV, video and CD stereo for recreational purposes. The beds have duvets and linen is provided. Bathrooms benefit from an electric shower over the bath.

Guests can also take advantage of the shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment, a small video library, payphone and local tourist information. Highchairs and stairgates are also available. Electricity is charged by meter reading.

The Vergus

Dating from 1850, 'The Vergus' is a very comfortable and well equipped cottage sleeping up to six people. It is situated in the centre of a small village with views of open countryside between Cheltenham (4 miles), Gloucester (5 miles) and Tewkesbury (6 miles). It makes an ideal centre for visiting these historic towns as well as touring the Cotswolds, Forest of Dean and the Malverns. Stratford-upon-Avon and Oxford are only an hour away.

Downstairs:
There is a porch, entrance hall, large lounge with colour TV, dining room and fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. In the back lobby is an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and the original water pump. There is also a toilet downstairs.

Upstairs:
There are three bedrooms - two doubles and one twin bedded. All beds have duvets, two pillows per person and are made up ready for your arrival.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a bath with shower, WC and basin. There is a large airing cupboard. A cot and high chair are available free of charge. Gas central heating extra by meter reading. Electricity £1 coin operated meter.

Hollowmead

Hollowmead is a two bedroom bungalow located only two miles from Cheltenham town centre in a quiet location on the edge of Cotswold countryside.

Ideally situated for touring holidays or for longer lets taking advantage of being so close to Cheltenham town centre.

The Northern Cotswolds including the most beautiful villages of  Broadway, Winchcombe, Stanton and Chipping Campden are closeby as are the Malvern Hills, Tewkesbury and the Wye Valley, with the M5 motorway only 10 minutes away by car. The bungalow is extemely handy for Cheltenham Racecourse being only 1 mile away.

Hollowmead includes a large Lounge, well equipped Kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with twin beds), Bath with Shower and a large Conservatory so you can have all weather enjoyment of the large garden.

Stockwell Farm extends over some 1200 acres of the Cotswolds
in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

This is a working farm with cattle, sheep and an out door lambing every spring. Stockwell Barn is situated in the middle of the farm in a fantastic position for walking and exploring the Cotswolds. The farm is conveniently located for visits to Regency Cheltenham, the Cathedral city of Gloucester, Cirencester and the many unspoilt picturesque villages of the Cotswolds.

Stockwell Barn is a traditional Cotswold barn offering high quality accommodation. Spacious, light and airy throughout, it has been recently converted to combine modern day standards of comfort and sophistication with the charm and character of an old property, including a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. There is full central heating and a log burner in the sitting area.

The ground floor provides a kitchen, cloakroom, entrance hall and an open plan area accommodating a sitting area with log burner, a dining area and full size snooker table.The dining area leads onto an outside rear terrace and gardens with patio furniture.

The Coach House

The Coach House - beautifully converted barn - ideal weekend break!

The Coach House is situated on the A38 halfway between Gloucester and Tewkesbury, and about 5 miles west of Cheltenham. It provides an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds, The Forest of Dean, or even the Wye Valley and beyond to the Welsh hills.

The barn has been very tastefully converted to provide an open plan living room/dining area and kitchen, with a galleried bedroom above. There is a shower room with basin and WC. It provides very comfortable accommodation for a couple, though downstairs there is a sofa bed if required.

The Leigh is an ancient village in the Severn Vale, and although The Coach House is on the main road, just on the opposite side of the road is a walk through the village - a most peaceful experience.

The bathroom suite comprises of Bath with Shower, WC and a pedestal sink.

The comfortable Living room comprises of two sofas and a single chair, colour Television, freeview digibox, a mini hifi unit (CD & Radio) gas fire and sideboard/cabinet.

Outside, there is off road parking for 3 cars at the front and at the back there is a private, large, partly sheltered wooden decking area, with wooden garden furniture comprising, large table two benches and two chairs.

A Beautiful Cottage with a Contemporary Feel

April Cottage is a converted stable situated in half an acre of land set back from the owner's property which dates back to the early 1800s. It is a pretty, one bedroom stone cottage that has been tastefully renovated and furnished with a contemporary feel in mind. It comes with a spacious courtyard garden which is for the private use of the cottage and is not at all overlooked, and car parking.

April Cottage is just two miles from Cheltenham town centre and the fashionable Montpellier, yet it has a very country feel. The cottage itself is surrounded by fields and boasts a welcoming feel.

April Cottage hosts some really nice features and each room is designed with a modern feel. Details of each room are as follows;

The Lounge:- The lounge is a spacious room and is decorated to a high standard. The room has a dinning area, 2 large sofas, and a Television, with recordable DVD and CD player. At the back of the room there are French doors which lead out into the private garden.

The Kitchen:- The Kitchen is quite small but contains all the required utensils and is brand new. Everything is fully fitted and if there is anything else you require please mention when booking.

The Bedroom:- The bedroom is a very good size with plenty of storage space including a separate area for suitcases. Soft Egyptian cotton linen is provided along with a goose down duvet and all the towels required for your stay. You will be able to wake up in the morning and look out of the large picture window at a stunning view of the Cotswold Hills.

The Bathroom:- The en-suite bathroom is furnished with a white suite, tiled flooring, roll top bath and a separate shower. Towels will be provided for your stay.

The Garden:- The garden is tucked privately at the back of the cottage. It is finished with various shrubs and trees and has a good sized patio area where you can dine out on a summers evening.
