Stroud and the Golden Valleys is a bustling area and famous for its woolen industry in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Now it is a centre of Arts and Crafts and a good location at which to base your touring of the western Cotswolds.
Welcome to the Amberley Inn Nestled in the hidden heart of the Cotswolds,
the elegant Amberley Inn looks over the renowned five valleys of
Stroud
Situated close to the small town of Minchinhampton it is quoted by some to be one of best examples of true Gloucestershire hospitality. The Amberley Inn offers a picturesque setting.
Many
of its rooms offer views of the historic valley of Woodchester, home of the Orpheus Pavement dating back to 325 AD. It appears that even the Romans appreciated the beauty of the five Valleys.
The Rooms:
All 12 of the Inn rooms are stylishly decorated and have considerately been equipped with en-suite bathrooms. Many of the rooms in the main Inn have fantastic views of the Woodchester Valley
and beautiful Cotswolds. However, if it’s a more secluded area you would prefer, our plush Garden Cottage excels beauty.
Luxurious and spacious, the rooms are excellent for couples, families and a restful night's sleep.
All of the rooms are rated at
attractive Bed and Breakfast prices.
